ghostferatuToday has been pretty good. It's been chill. I spent the whole day working on a fan website that I am going to be running in the near future for the band Ghost. My favourite band. I felt really inspired by a fan website for BUCK-TICK that I have been frequenting because there is a lot of information about that band on their site, but I also like the Romaji they do for their lyrics. Here is a link to the site I am talking about.
On my site for Ghost, I plan on having the bands history, the lore, updates, sharing pictures of merch. All kinds of things! I still need to figure out what I am going to call it.
Other than work on the website, I haven't really done anything else today, right now I am sitting in bed on my laptop and writing this. Before that I was eating some really nice raspberries, while watching YouTube. I have been trying to watch less YouTube lately because I feel bad about not using all of the streaming services my family has, but I have had a bit of a hyperfixation on the Smosh channels lately, and so I watch a lot of their videos. Not only that, because of my BUCK-TICK hyperfixation, I have been watching tons of their live performances. I have a playlist of some of my favourites, as well as some full concerts in there. I also recently downloaded one of their concerts off of the Internet Archive. I have yet to watch it. I have been searching for their more recent full shows, or at least 2005 and onwards, because all of my favourite songs of theirs are post-2005. The most recent full concert I can find on YouTube is Akuma to Freud -Devil and Freud- Climax Together and that's from 2004. What horrible luck. Maybe I should listen to their earlier stuff more often.
Why don't I talk about shows that I have been watching. I recently watched Middleditch & Schwartz the other day. I was having really bad insomnia so I decided to watch the first episode and it was so funny. I wish there were more than 3 episodes, or that there was a way to watch more of their stuff online, but I am glad we at least got that. I watched it once, and then again the next day.
Another show that I have been watching is Gen V, a spin-off of The Boys. It has weekly episodes so I have to wait for a new one every Friday, but it's really good so far. I really love The Boys, and this is just as good. I especially cannot wait for the next episode, because that is the one that is going to have Jensen Ackles in it as Soilder Boy. I really loved him as Soilder Boy in season 3 of The Boys, so I am super excited to see what happens here. The creators have been saying that his involvement in the episode is going to be really cool, so I cannot wait to see what they do.
I can't think of any other show I've been watching, I have been wanting to rewatch The Curious Creations of Christine McConnell again. I watch it all the time but it is one of my comfort shows and it is perfect for the season. I also need to get back to rewatching Ouran High School Host Club. I always rewatch it this time of year and I have only watched the first episode so far. I have been mainly been watching movies and YouTube videos I guess.
I've also been playing a lot of video games. That for sure takes up my time. I have still been playing tons of Yakuza. Hopefully I will finish Yakuza 3 soon, so I can get on with Yakuza 4, and see what it's like with more that two protagonists. I don't know anything about Yakuza 4, so I am really excited to see all the new characters and play a whole new story with tons of stuff, but getting to Yakuza 5 will be really exciting, because there's even more in that game than in Yakuza 4. I just love the Yakuza games so much so far. I think they're really fun and I love the characters and the story of the games. So good!
I will get back to watching something, or maybe reading my book. I am almost done with it but I still have quite a ways to go.
